Wit Dyr Jerky is a food item in Pillars of Eternity, added in The White March - Part II expansion.
It is not used in any food crafting recipes, it can only be directly consumed.

In the eastern parts of Readceras, thick with birch trees and white flowers, white deer (called "wit dyr" in Hylspeak) are common. Locals hunt them and make a popular jerky from the meat.

- [WM2] Command Post, Iron Flail Fort: Barrel to the northwest (2x).
- [WM2] Iron Flail Fort: Crate next to the tents in the northwestern corner of the fort.
- [WM2] Iron Flail Fort: In a barrel on the right side of the camp just south of the drill yard (2x).
