Valtas Manor is a manor in Heritage Hill.

This derelict manor once belonged to the proud House Valtas. Now it's in shambles, with the last lord's will laying in disuse in the rear conference room.
Points of interest[ | ]
- Most of the manor is in ruin and holds little of interest, except for the conference room in the back. It holds Lord Valtas' Will. And a lot of undead, including darguls. Ahem.
- The adjacent room has a rather nasty scene: The zombified Valtas family (Lord Valerio Valtas, Lady Valtas, and Emilo Valtas) are trying to tear down the door to get at their progeny, Saeda Valtas.
- The bedroom to the south-west has the manor key that can be used to gain access of the rear room. A quick inspection of the room shows a hole that someone dug to the outside. The letter is in the nearby bookcase in the room, mentioning a key to the mausoleum in the kitchen. It's missing, indicating the next destination to take for Safe Haven.
