Monks achieve greater understanding of their bodies' capabilities through enduring the hardships of existence. Their base Unarmed Damage starts much higher than other characters and increases permanently every three levels they gain.

- Transcendent Suffering 4 is the final level of Transcendent Suffering, which increases the accuracy and damage of a monk's unarmed attacks. Unlike previous versions, it continues to improve as you level, at a rate of +2 Damage and +3 Accuracy every 3 levels after 10, to a maximum of +12
and +18 
at level 16.
