- Bekarna's Observatory: In the bookcase at the base of the stairs leading up to Bekarna's Office.
Usage
- Reading the note allows you to spot and identify the huntress constellation when using the telescope at the far end of The Orrery. This is instrumental to the quest Bekarna's Folly.
