Applies 22 base damage every 3 seconds for 10 seconds, including second 0. The final damage is calculated with damage * (duration / 3 + 1), i.e. 22 * (10 / 3 + 1) = 95.3
As with other effects, the base damage is scaled with Might, and the duration is scaled with Intellect.
