Description
The reader calls forth a tremendous bolt of electricity that arcs directly to a single target and then jumps between up to six nearby enemies. Others in the area of effect are not harmed by the arcane lightning.

Notes
- Each bounce reduces the damage by a further -10% from the first target. Due to Deadfire's unconventional negation logic, this works out to approximately -10%, -19%, -27%, -34% for each jump (instead of -10%, -20%, -30%, -40%).
