Description
A meticulous record of Quarno's transactions with Töla. A cursory inspection reveals a large amount of Royal Deadfire Company munitions were sold to the Príncipi in recent weeks.

- Can be stolen from Quarno's accountant, or looted from his body during the quest Dirty Laundry.
