Copper wiring and finely beveled cogs have been sewn throughout this broad leather belt. The belt brings to mind Engwithan machinery, though whatever hands made this either did so in recent history, or someone has gone to great lengths to preserve the leather and keep the copper free of corrosion across the centuries.

- Received from Neale in Temple of Toamowhai during Potions of Plenty. It is upgraded from Unstable Coil as a result of absorbing soul essence while wearing the belt during arena challenges.
