Issyt (labeled Mad Vithrack) is a vithrack research expedition member in Pillars of Eternity. She can be found in the south tunnel on level 12 of the Endless Paths of Od Nua.

Issyt is part of Tcharek's research expedition. Her duties include hunting for supplies together with Krivi, who describes her as "weak in spirit, but very clever". She has some kind of sickness which drove her mad and is slowly killing her.

- The Blade of the Endless Paths: She attacks you on sight, together with her spider pets. She drops the polished pommel stone which you need for the task.
