Baelorin is a character in The White March - Part I. He can be found in the northwestern corner of Crägholdt Bluffs.
Background
The man before you has the bearing of authority, and his casual command has the guards immediately lowering their weapons. Even so, they continue to watch you warily.
Baelorin is the leader of the Torn Bannermen, commanding them with unmatched strictness and expecting perfect obedience, executing his orders to the letter. Despite his draconian measures, he has amassed a considerable amount of soldiers under his command together with plenty of funds, effectively a private army. He has recently received a large contract on the wizard Concelhaut and the Engwithan Phylactery. As per the contract's suggestion, he decided to lay siege to the wizard's manse and bring him down through sheer attrition. However, despite constant pounding from trebuchets and attempts to breach the wizard's defenses, the archmage remains frustratingly out of reach.
