I feel I am on the very cusp of a breakthrough, but I have reached the limits of what I can accomplish with tools alone.
You yourself have had some fortune with locating volunteers. I hoped that, as your colleague, I might entreat you to make some small inquiries on my behalf. My needs being so specific, and myself having had few wholly positive interactions with the locals, I must confess that I am out of my depth.
If you could simply spread the word that I am in search of test subjects - pregnant women, in particular - that alone would be of inestimable help. You may direct them to my room on the second floor of the tavern here in the Gullet. Per complanca, make them aware that I will compensate them for their time.
