This orlan is Quarno's bookkeeper, and rather reluctantly follows him around to whatever business "meetings" he might attend, even if they do involve sitting in a bathhouse all day. He wants nothing but to leave.
Dirty Laundry: He keeps a record of his transactions in Quarno's Ledger, which can either be pickpocketed from him (while he's looking at the aquarium) or looted from him.
Other interactions
The accountant cannot be talked to, but while roaming around the bathhouse he'll say things like "All this steam can't be good for the ledger".
