Can be looted from Outlaw Wizard located at Magran's Fork during the task Bounty: Sly Cyrdel.
[WM1] Loot from a Slaked Skull Wizard at Durgan's Battery during the task Bounty: Meztla.
[WM1] Multiple copies can be looted from the members of the Old Dunryd Hunting Lodge in Russetwood during Bounty: Laenric.
[WM2] Loot from another Outlaw Wizard at Durgan's Battery during Risk Tolerance.

1st Level:
