Visage of Concelhaut is an ability in Pillars of Eternity, added in The White March - Part I expansion. It is granted by equipping the pet Concelhaut's Skull.

The companion of Concelhaut's skull has the ability to call upon the archmage's shade for assistance. While summoned, Concelhaut's visage will cast spells, but the summoner suffers Raw damage for the duration as the undead wizard drains their lifeforce.

- The Concelhaut phantom will auto-attack with a weapon, and can be tasked to cast the following spells:
- Concelhaut's Crushing Doom (1 time)

- Concelhaut's Corrosive Siphon (as many as time allows).
