name
The name of the product
image
A filename representing the product
caption
A caption, if necessary, for the above image
icon
Filename of the icon representing the product. For a game, this is the application icon.
developer
The developer of the product.
publisher
The publisher of the product.
type
The type of product, one of: Game, Downloadable content, Expansion, Update, Short story, Novella, Guide
base_game
The game in which this product belongs. Only useful if type is "Downloadable content", "Expansion" or "Update". See {{Game}}
genre
A genre, if applicable
mode
Mode of play, either Single player or Multiplayer
platforms
Platforms on which this product is published. Preferably wikipedia links, e.g. [[wikipedia:theplatform]]
release_date
Date this product was released, in the form March 26, 2015.
If the release date is unannounced, use TBD. If the release date is approximated, this can be substituted, e.g. March 2015.
If multiple release dates are needed, they can be defined as follows:

Chronology

curr_title, prev_title, next_title
Titles for the current, previous and next product in the chronology section. If curr_title is not passed, the name parameter or the current page name is used.
curr_subtitle, prev_subtitle, next_subtitle
Subtitles used for the current, previous, and next product in the chronology section. Typically dates are used, but product identifiers can also be used (e.g. LAX1, PX2). The subtitle is shown in parentheses.
