This infobox is designed to be used in all creature/bestiary pages for Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. Refer to the parameters below for how to use the template.

Syntax

Copy the below code into a creature page, and fill out the values. For consistency, please use values acquired while playing the game in Easy/Normal/Hard mode, without level scaling. Most of the needed information is listed in the game's Bestiary.

Parameters

name 
Optional. The creature's name. Defaults to page name. For example: Adra Animat.
type 
Required. The type of the creature. Use beast, primordial, spirit, vessel or wilder.
family 
Required. The sub-type or 'family' of the creature. You can find this in the game's Bestiary, as all creatures are listed under a 'heading'. For example: spider.
image 
Optional. The name of the file, with file extension. For example: Adra-Animat.jpg.
size 
Optional. The width of the image in pixels (px). For example: 250px. Defaults to 284px.
description 
Required. The description of the creature, as listed in the in-game bestiary.

level 
Optional. The level of the creature. Use the number (not text). For example: 12.
health
Optional. The health of the creature. For example: 240.
accuracy 
Optional. The accuracy of the creature. For example: 60.
damage 
Optional. The amount of damage the creature attacks with. For example: 11-16.
damage_type 
Optional. The damage type the creature attacks with. Available damage types in the game are Crush, Pierce, Slash, Burn, Corrode, Freeze, Shock and Raw. For example: [[Slash]] or [[Slash]]/[[Pierce]].
damage_lh 
Optional. The amount of damage the creature attacks with. For example: 11-16.

ability
Optional. The creature's special abilities. Enter the abilities on the same line, separated by commas. For example: Ability 1, Ability 2
immunity
Optional. The creature's immunities. Enter the immunities on the same line, separated by commas. For example: Immunity 1, Immunity 2
loot
Optional. The loot you get after killing the creature. Enter the loot on the same line, separated by commas. For example: Loot 1, Loot 2
internalname
Optional. The internal name used for the creature in the game files. For example adra_animat.
location
Optional. A list of specific locations, one per line, prefixed with '*'. This may also include the amount of this enemy, in any format. The name "location" is a misnomer, as the field is really referring to multiple locations.
The location field itself is exposed to the page, and should be placed with the template: {{#arraymap: {{#var:location}}|;|x|x|\n}}
Note that this does NOT correlate with the location row shown in the infobox. The infobox retrieves a list of the locations based on the monsters field of each location page, and should be used as a general locations list (hence it's placement in the infobox rather than on the page). To add to that list, add the name of the creature to the "monsters" field of an Template:Infobox location or Template:Infobox location poe2.
