Used to display any weapons with a specific enchantment. It is intended to be used on Pillars of Eternity pages only, namely list-of-buff pages like Might, Stealth, etc. This template queries associated table, and displays the results using the template Template:Cargo stat row. The equivalent template for equipment is Template:Cargo stat equipment. The reason behind the separate templates is purely to not mix equipment and weapon results, as the they are usually displayed in separate tables.
It takes 1 required parameter, and 2 optional parameters. The name of an enchantment (1), the value of the enchantment (2), as well as a condition - which is a named parameter (e.g. condition=xyz). Note that both optional parameters are for display purposes only - they are not used as part of the query.
