Skill Types[]
Why does the Skill Types section exist? It's based on a misunderstanding of something Cain said in one of the updates (he was talking about player goals, not any kind of in-game categories), and we now know what all of the skills are, so this section seems completely pointless.
- I wouldn't say its misunderstanding, just that they scaled back the skills since. Regardless I agree, it is pointless atm. --AnotherArk (talk) 23:51, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
Skill bonus[]
What if we change the table layout into something like this bellow, or do you guys find the current variant more informative?
Skill bonus\Class | Barbarian | Chanter | Cipher | Druid | Fighter | Monk | Paladin | Priest | Ranger | Rogue | Wizard |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Athletics | +++ | --- | --- | +++ | +++ | --- | --- | +++ | --- | --- | --- |
Lore | --- | +++ | --- | --- | +++ | --- | --- | +++ | --- | --- | +++ |
Mechanics | --- | +++ | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | +++ | +++ |
Stealth | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | +++ | --- | --- | +++ | +++ | --- |
Survival | +++ | --- | --- | +++ | +++ | --- | --- | --- | +++ | --- | --- |
We can also use strong/lesser ( minor/major or wait for specifics numbers ) to indicate the skill focus (e.g. Barbarians all have a strong skill focus in Athletics and lesser focus in Survival). I also removed the references, since they aren't necessary unless the relevant class entry don't mention/reference their skill focus, which they all should.--AnotherArk (talk) 19:19, 25 June 2014 (UTC)
