I was editing the page to clean it up a little and add some additional information about where the quest takes place, the reward received based on the options picked during the quest, and the interaction with the merchant in Stalwart Village. When I attempted to save the edits, I kept receiving the error: ''Global AF - disallow certain words''. After a little research, I determined that this was due to me being new here and the article contained an '''external link''' in the ''references'' section pointing to a forum post on the Obsidian forums. I guess they do not allow new people or those with few edits to post external links to prevent spamming or redirecting to something unrelated to the game. This is reasonable to me, however, the link was already present before I made the edit. Regardless, I had to remove the link, and thus the reference section (it was the only reference listed) in order to save the edits. I figure that a link to a random forum post (regular poster, not anything official) probably isn't the best reference anyway. In addition, I've added the information from that forum post directly into the article anyway, so the reference link probably isn't even necessary now since it wasn't anything official anyway. If someone with more privileges wants to put it back, this is the link. https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/81439-garodhs-chorus-spoiler/?p=1724497 --[[User:HSC8sku1|HSC8sku1]] ([[User talk:HSC8sku1|talk]]) 04:32, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

I see this topic's bit old but you know that Tagaziel moved Garodh's Chorus (item) to the original name?!

This solution is kind of stupid too, sorry to say.

Quests should have priority and have kept names intact and items can use extensions.

I've seen several times the use of ''itemname (itemtype)'' e.g. Garodh's Chorus (Horned Helmet) or Garodh's Chorus - Horned Helmet that works pretty fine.
  +
One reason it's easier to find for the item another name that works then for the quest. And another, the tag (quest) in the Questlist looks kinda odd.

Because when i as reader browse through the questlist i see allready that are quests and when i stumble over extensions like (quest)... i feel a bit like

'Nice, that's not really thought forward' As said that's really odd.

Well and another sideeffect is also if you enlist for e.g. all unique items and they have the (itemtype) extension you see on the list what kind of item that is.
  +
Bit tricky but sneaky, love that kind. ;)

I Had To Remove The External Reference To Obsidian Forums[]

I was editing the page to clean it up a little and add some additional information about where the quest takes place, the reward received based on the options picked during the quest, and the interaction with the merchant in Stalwart Village. When I attempted to save the edits, I kept receiving the error: Global AF - disallow certain words. After a little research, I determined that this was due to me being new here and the article contained an external link in the references section pointing to a forum post on the Obsidian forums. If someone with more privileges wants to put it back, this is the link. https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/81439-garodhs-chorus-spoiler/?p=1724497 --HSC8sku1 (talk) 04:32, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

As the information can be gained through the game or its files – and now is part of the wiki, thanks to you! – there's no further need of referencing the forums. So, it's okay. -- UserCCCSig -- You like to talk to me? -- cCContributions -- 13:27, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

May Need Separate Pages For Garodh's Chorus (Item) and Garodh's Chorus (Task)[]

I am putting this separately from my previous comment since they are unrelated. I just finished this task and the helmet reward is indeed named "Garodh's Chorus", same as the task itself. I don't really know offhand how to set up a new page for the item and how to change this page to Garodh's Chorus (Task) if necessary. Also, a minor quibble, but the word Chorus in this page's title isn't capitalized. It annoys me a little, but I don' know how to fix it without possibly breaking something else. --HSC8sku1 (talk) 07:39, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

I went ahead and created the Garodh's Chorus item page. I guess all that needs to be done is to update the title of this quest page to capitalize Chorus and append (quest) to it. --HSC8sku1 (talk) 10:43, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

But since poe1 has just two items with that difficulty here's a third option. Arawn76 (talk) 21:14, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
