status effect[edit source]

I think we have enough content to start a new page for it. Also concerning Unconscious\Maimed conditions, as far as I see it in normal gameplay(no permadeath) a character who reach 0 Stamina or 0 health falls unconscious, and his behavior is governed by that conditions(i.e. knocked out,unable to move). Its only after the combat when he regains consciousness that he gains the Maimed condition.(reduced acc and def) --AnotherArk (talk) 15:49, 25 April 2014 (UTC)

Yes I think you are right with 0 health or 0 stamina is correct, was my mistake sorry. I corrected the mistake. I also think there is enough content for a seperate page.Prometheus12345 (talk) 19:38, 25 April 2014 (UTC)

I have moved affliction to it's own article. But I'm not sure what text should still be in the combat article and I have no idea what to call the first header in the affliction page(In the moment it's called list, but I don't like the name). Prometheus12345 (talk) 12:51, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
Thanks, I am sure that eventually one of us here will have some bold idea about the summary. One thing though, concerning the new page name. I know that Josh has used all three terms in different context, but he has been bringing pathfinder a lot in his examples, so here are the d&d entries for them for reference - afflictions, conditions. With that in mind I think that if we don't go with the general name "status effects", then considering the content of that page conditions would be more appropriate than afflictions. --AnotherArk (talk) 17:33, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
I used the affliction page, because we had a redirection page and some page links to affliction and they used the term affliction in Update 71 and 74. But I have no problems if we name the page condition or status effect. Prometheus12345 (talk) 11:53, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
Great, I have renamed it to 'status effect', which both fits the content and might strike a cord with us bg fans. I also expanded the lead for the page and added rough tidbit here, but it still need work (feel free to jump in ;) ) --AnotherArk (talk) 02:28, 4 May 2014 (UTC)

In your edit about Damage Resolution you inserted accidentally some code, which I sadly cannot translate (otherwise I would fix this myself). Would be nice, if you could go correct this (or anybody else who can – literally – understand this topic). It's in the last rows before "Lashes".
