Takano is a character in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

An older Mataru man stands ringed by younger Huana - apprentices or pupils, it seems. His robes shimmer with quartz beading, and his perfume announces his presence from across the room. Yet beneath his finery, he looks like a fighter gone to seed. Disused muscles flop from his arms, and flab pads him like so many layers of silk. He looks up and notices you.
Takano is well-known for his hospitality in Neketaka. Among Vailians, however, he is better known for the sizable debts his lifestyle has incurred. His only chance, he believes, is intimidating visitors, as the only thing of truly great worth he has is a conch hidden deep in one of his trunks, a gift from the queen...
