Tahae's Head is a quest item in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.
Description
The stink of the sea troll's severed head is palpable. Two sacks were necessary to mask it, but they are both now soaked-through with putrid blood that smells of rotting fish. It must be endured until you can turn in the prize as a bounty.
