Speckleback Jerky is a food item in Pillars of Eternity, added in The White March - Part I expansion.
Description[ | ]
Speckleback fish are common in the cold waters flowing out of the White March. Their lean meat makes them ideal for curing and drying for use as jerky. Dyrwoodans often salt their jerky, but Stalwart locals cut specklebacks into thin strips and use smoke to cure them.

- [WM1] Sold by Haeferic in The Gréf's Rest, Stalwart Village (6×).
- [WM1] Russetwood: Crate in the northwestern corner, next to an upturned cart (5x).
- [WM1] Russetwood: Barrel in the hunter's camp on the southern edge of the area (9x).
- [WM1] Stalwart Village: In a barrel next to the stand west of the fishery (6x).
- [WM2] Stalwart Mines: Crate immediately to your left after entering the mines (2x).
- [WM2] Whitestone Hollow: On the dock north of Haddi's Cabin (2x).
