- Creates a beam between the target and the caster for 10.0 sec. Every 1.0 sec, the target and anyone caught in the beam are affected, either having 25 Health restored (for allies), or taking 18-35 (for foes).
- The heal effect appears in the combat log for all targets as "additional effects", but only actually affects allies.
