Reckless Cyclone is a unique enchantment in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. It is applied to Wahai Pōraga, a unique pollaxe.

Effects

• Standard Attack AoE hits primary target and up to +1 additional targets, friend or foe

Notes

• On every regular attack, Wahai Pōraga makes an additional AoE attack which affects 1 target at random in a 1.5m Radius around the wielder. This attack deals 5-9 damage.
• The description lists +3 additional targets, but the actual effect only ever applies to 1 additional target (primary plus additional attack). This bug was never fixed, but is addressed in the Community Patch.
