Orishia is an amulet in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

This amulet was enchanted by a particularly indecisive wizard. Unable to decide which effects to impart to his creation, he stopped and started the process several times, always aborting his attempt in favor of something different. When he was done, he noticed that the soul energy inside the amulet was unstable and produced differing effects for seemingly no reason.
