Marine godlike are a sub-race of godlikes in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Origin and prevalence[edit | edit source]

Marine godlike are thought to be blessed before birth by Ondra, the goddess of the seas and the oceans. Their appearance mirrors features found in sea creatures. Huana tribes, who often worship Ondra (as Ngati), revere marine godlike as emissaries of the deity, and believe them to be omens of great change. Similar to avian godlike, marine godlike are exceptionally rare, with the only known example being Tekēhu.

Appearance and culture[edit | edit source]

Marine godlike possess many aquatic features. Their skin is scaled and slimy, and their forearms grow fin-like protrusions. The "hair" of marine godlike is made of tentacles, which have the appearance of bioluminescent sea anemone.
