Marceno is a sailor in Pillars of Eternity.
He can be found in the docks in the Ondra's Gift district of Defiance Bay, on the pier closest to the south-west corner of the map.

This young, lanky sailor is wringing his cap anxiously, sweat beading on his furrowed brow. His eyes widen as you approach, and he takes a few steps forward. Marceno signed up with Captain Fortanero six months earlier and he's in love with the sea, less so with his commander. Now he's lost track of the captain's treasure chest, due to cavorting with courtesans at The Salty Mast. He fears for his life should that fact come to light...
