- Terrify only applies in "Sea" locations (e.g. boarding combat), and is disabled in all other locations. The ability is triggered once at the start of combat as a standard attack roll against all enemy Kith of a lower level than the Watcher in a 15m radius.
- In Turn-based mode, this action is delayed until 9.5 seconds of combat has elapsed (this may be for visual purposes).
