Erona is a character in Pillars of Eternity. She can be found on the small island to the east of Elmshore, during the quest A Servant of Death.

An elf stands on a dais in the middle of a clearing. The ground is blanketed with leaves in various shades of russet and gold. Her eyes are closed and her arms folded in front of her. A curtain of autumnal yellow hair hangs in front of her face. As you draw near, she lifts her chin and looks at you with shifting hazel eyes.
Erona is ancient even by elven standards, using the magic of the Ovates to strengthen her body and soul, extending her lifespan practically indefinitely. Her unique perspective on life and history shapes her personality and way of speaking, resulting in answers that are cryptic at best and incomprehensible at worst.
The Ovates are split on reverence for the mistress of their order, with some considering her a visionary prophet and others an old fool who's centuries past her prime, yet continues to strangle the order by insisting on remaining in a central, leadership role. Berath is in the latter camp and the High Ovate, while believing that she acts as a pillar of the Ovates responsible for upholding their traditions and helping them grow, is not averse to logic or persuasion.
