Hidden Depths is a quest in The Forgotten Sanctum.
Synopsis[ | ]
The archmage Llengrath paid me a visit on my ship and warned me of possible impending doom in the Black Isles. She requested my aid in her search for the archmage Maura, who has been seeking a way to stop Eothas.
Walkthrough[ | ]
- This is the introductory quest to The Forgotten Sanctum, leading you to the Temple of Revelation.
- First, head to The Black Isles, a large volcanic island south of Tikawara. Disembark at the southwestern-most point, and walk to the center of the island to reveal the entrance to the Hall of the Unseen.
- The Hall of the Unseen is a large maze of switches and doors. Thankfully starting this quest means that all the doors will open upon entering, preventing the need to complete the puzzle that would otherwise be required to reach the center.
- Once you reach the center, Llengrath will greet you and open the staircase down (located in the western wall of the central area, and to the north of the unlocked chest). This completes the quest
Bugs[ | ]
- A bug may be encountered which causes Llengrath to not spawn upon reaching the center. This means you can't talk to her, which will prevent the staircase from appearing.
- To show Llengrath and re-trigger the cutscene, use the following console commands (these require cheats to be enabled). This will also complete the quest:
