Gamel is a miner in The White March - Part II. He can be found in the Stalwart Mines, restrained on the floor of the Foreman's Quarters to the left of the entrance.

A fresh immigrant to Stalwart, Gamel works as a drags-man in the Stalwart Mines - i.e. he loads, transports, and unload carts of ore. He only moved to Stalwart recently, when the mines reopened.
Just now he was found hunched over the dead body of another miner, Saemic, with the victim's blood all over him and pieces of the victim's flesh on his fingernails and teeth – but he doesn't remember anything of the encounter, or the few hours before that. Foreman Ismey has apprehended him on charge of murder.
