Taking careful position behind the large shield significantly reduces incoming ranged weapon damage as well as damage from attacks that target reflex. While active you are unable to move.
(Frostbitten Palisades) Enemy misses against the wielder have a chance to trigger a retaliation Freeze attack.

- Self: -50% Damage taken from Ranged weapons, -50% Damage taken from attacks vs. Reflex, Cannot Move, 25% chance to deal 13-19 Freeze Damage when Missed by a Melee Weapon
