The leader of the animancers working at the Spire in The Sacred Stair, Flaune is easily recognizable for her agitated pacing and an air of restrained chaos surrounding her at all times. She leads a particularly interesting project seeking to unlock the properties of luminous adra and needs a Watcher to complete one phase of a revolutionary experiment: Teleportation by way of adra and the In-Between.
