Engari is the Keeper of the Memories, a tall, lanky island aumaua who has a lifetime of travel under his belt and experiences across the lands of Eora. His accumulated experience and wisdom made him a natural choice for the post of caretaker. He's in charge of maintaining, storing, and cataloging the items left behind by the contenders and washing them in the Pool of Memories, so that the Faces can learn from the lingering traces of souls in these artifacts and recreate battles fought with them for people in the modern age.
