Elcga is a noblewoman in Pillars of Eternity. She can be found north-east of the fountain in Brackenbury during The Final Act.
Background
This dwarven woman is dressed and perfumed like a member of the nobility, but her sun-reddened skin and sweat-stained outfit suggest that she's been out here for quite some time.
She was recently involved with Kendal, a young human who took a liking to her. Their relationship was primarily about having fun, sex and otherwise, and lasted for a few months before Kendal found employment with Lumdala's troupe, disappearing without a trace and breaking Elcga's heart (although the dwarfess would not admit to it).
