Commissioned by the Vailian wizard Flavio, the seamstress Selana mes Quinetra wove this delicate fabric with deft hands. When the cloak was complete, she had it enchanted by Minoletta herself, imbuing it with dazzling stars to reflect the heavens above.
When Selana returned to Flavio with the bill of commission, he floundered, unable to produce the coin. In a fit of spiteful pique, Selana gifted the cloak to her thoroughly non-magical apprentice Zidacco, who has been attempting to sell it ever since.
