Synopsis
Barati has tasked the Watcher with hunting down Diccila, a Vailian captain who commands the voyager Alisio. There's a bounty to claim in exchange for evidence of the captain's death.
Walkthrough
- Diccila commands the voyager The Alisio. She's often found in the waters south of Neketaka, circling around the Oathbinder's Sanctum island in the Karatapu Channel, then returning to the capital.
