Black Pearl is an ingredient in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Description

Items in italics are quoted directly from the game.

A symbol of Ondra, black pearls are prized by sailors across Eora as well as the natives of the Deadfire. To the ancient Huana, it was believed that a warrior with one in their possession would feel no fear. Rauataian midwives use it to ward off the pains of childbirth. Sailors believe that clutching such a stone ensures that Ondra will hear their prayers, even if she chooses not to intercede.
