Big Head Mode
Big Head Mode is a setting in Pillars of Eternity and Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire that, when enabled, causes the heads (and hats) of most in-game character models to be disproportionately large compared to the rest of their body. It's existence is purely for comedic purposes, and enabling it has no impact on the gameplay or game mechanics.
Josh Sawyer, the lead designer of Pillars of Eternity said that it was always a dream of his to work on a game with a big head mode, and that one of the inspirations for it was the game, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater which featured a similar mode.
