Beregan's Battle Horn is a figurine in Pillars of Eternity, added in The White March - Part II expansion.

Matron Beregan gave you this battle horn to summon her ogres to fight the Eyeless at Cayron's Scar. Dented metal bands encircle the battle horn, and a tattered, gold ribbon hangs from the middle.

- Only functions at the battle with the Eyeless at Cayron's Scar. Does not work outside of this area.
