Amira's Wing is a rod in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Description

This rod is warm to the touch and rests more lightly in your hand than the most delicate goose down. If you hold it to your ear during sunrise on the first day of Inprima, you will hear the faint, tremulous wail of loons over the sound of wind whistling through treetops.
