Background[edit | edit source]
Clad in a sturdy, yet battered suit of armor, Aefre leads a band of thugs operating in Ondra's Gift. As a lieutenant with the Dozens, she likes to emphasize her connection to the common man and despises the way Maea sets her prices high and "extorts" the locals. In Aefre's opinion, the aumaua is using the tragedy of Waidwen's Legacy to line her pockets, little better than the Aedyre overlords the Dyrwoods banished a while back. As a result, she seeks to undercut her by driving away customers and workers.

Quests[edit | edit source]
- Supply and Demand: You can convince her to stop harassing people with a Might or Resolve check, or do her a favor by getting Bricanta Doemenel to lower the price of Bitter Squash. Alternatively, you can attack her – and after the fight is over, choose whether to execute her or take her prisoner (provided that you've already restored your Stronghold's Dungeons). She is a 7th level fighter in plate armor, so she and her thugs may be a bit difficult to take down if you are a lower level. If you let her live, you can later find Aefre on the upper floor of the Salty Mast where she's having a drink and watching Iqali. If you initiate conversation with her, she says she'll put in a good word for you with the Dozens, and you gain minor reputation with that faction.
If this is possible with any positive (for Aefre) outcome of Supply and Demand, or only the outcome in which you lower the Bitter Squash prices, has yet to be determined.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The name Aefre comes from a LoL player, Aefre. Recent discussion on LoL forums suggest that the player Aefre is discontent with the usage of the name in this game. The name should be pronounced as "A-fray".
