Arkemyr wishes to meet me in person. I can find his manor in Periki's Overlook and speak to him in his study.
Walkthrough
An Imp intercepts you sometime after The Archmage's Vault, inviting you to Arkemyr's Manor. Bring Fassina and wear Arkemyr's Old Robe at the same time for extra hilarious dialogue. Arkemyr knows about your involvement with the the theft, and wants you to obtain the research of the wizard Bekarna as a token of good faith, starting the quest Bekarna's Folly.
