Arkemyr wishes to meet me in person. I can find his manor in Periki's Overlook and speak to him in his study.
Walkthrough
An Imp intercepts you sometime after The Archmage's Vault, inviting you to Arkemyr's Manor. Bring Fassina and wear Arkemyr's Old Robe at the same time for extra hilarious dialogue. He gives you the Bekarna's Folly quest.
