Oly is a tavern patron in Pillars of Eternity. He can be found on the ground floor of The Salty Mast in Ondra's Gift, next to the entrance.

The man is at a table by himself, but he constantly glances at the opposite bench as if waiting for someone. He reeks of alcohol, and he moves with the torpor of someone who's gotten used to spending most of his time drunk.
Oly is a dock hand who worked with Lendry for the past five years in Ondra's Gift, downing flagons with his buddy each night... Until Lendry disappeared out the door with Lady Lumdala in tow. He lodged a missing persons report after his buddy didn't show up for a while, then quietly went back to drinking.
