Druids gain access to all spells of a given level as soon as he/she is able to cast from that level. The spell list of druids is smaller than those of wizards. There are 6 spell level in Pillars of Eternity. On the first level the druid gains access to the first spell level, on the third level he/she gains access to 2nd spell level and on the 5th level he/she gains access to the 3rd spell level. Druids have powerful area of effect spells, with affliction based effects, Heal over time spells, and a few support spells.

- Sunlance – Calls down a powerful lance of sunlight from the sky, inflicting Pierce and Burn damage upon a single target.
- Venombloom – Grows a beautiful but panic-inducing field of poisonous flowers that Frighten, Weaken and deal Raw Damage over time to those in the area of effect.
- Conjure Greater Blight – Gathers an immense quantity of stray soul fragments and coalesces them into a Greater Flame, Wind, Rain or Earth Blight.
- Garden of Life – high-level spell that creates small fonts of healing around the bodies of defeated enemies.
- Rot Skulls – Summons necrotic skulls into the caster's hands. The skulls can be thrown at targets for Crush damage and a Corrode explosion.
7th level[edit | edit source]
- Call to the Primordials – The druid pulls the raw spiritual energy of nature together into the forms of 2 or 3 random oozes and slimes.
- Nature's Bounty – All unoccupied quick slots in the party are filled with wondrous nectar that can be consumed for combat bonuses and healing.
- Weather the Storm – The druid casts a power aegis against the forces of nature over his or her allies, granting large resistance to Burn, Corrode, Freeze, and Shock damage.
8th level[edit | edit source]
- Avenging Storm – The druid makes himself a conduit for the power of the storm. Any target they strike in melee, or who strikes them in melee, is attacked by a bolt of lightning.
- Fire Stag – The druid coalesces tiny nature spirits into the form of a great stag made of flame. The stag leaves a trail of fire wherever it runs. The spirits inside can be made to disperse violently, destroying the stag but doing Fire or Pierce damage to anyone caught in the blast.
- Tornado – Conjures a destructive vortex of wind that can launch people into the air, knock people Prone, and inflict Crush damage on everyone it touches.
